| This 4 year project was a total gut restoration. This residence was built in 1876 as a grand Victorian mansion on the first private street in America. At the turn of the century it was renovated to become a six apartment house. A two story addition was added to the rear in exact period detail, followed by all new mechanicals, new baths and kitchen, plaster, paint stripping and restoration of all moldings, original sash, etc. In 2006 we completed rear porches, veranda, copper leaders and garden work.
